Graduate Interior Designer

We are looking for an ambitious Graduate Interior Designer who has aspirations to progress in the interior design industry. As our Graduate Interior Designer, you will be working in our team to develop creative design projects for a range of clients. You will be working on projects from concept to completion; assist producing design briefs, design proposals, mood boards. You will also assist in preparation, updating and correction of drawings, presentations, graphics, designs, CAD designs, Revit designs, furniture fixtures and more. 

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of an undergraduate degree in a creative field such as Interior Design or Architectural Interior Design. Any candidate with experience within the sector would be an additional bonus. 

The right candidate should be highly organised, creative, possess a passion for elegant, high-end design and soft furnishings. Strong attention to detail, commitment and dedication are also important in this role. As you progress in the role, you will also meet and present to clients, liaise with suppliers and contractors and attend site visits.  


Produce high-quality design work from concept phase through to completion

Prepare presentations, mood boards including digital presentations for clients

Attend client and site meetings

Attend client installation and assist onsite fitting team

Assist the team as required with technical and conceptual designs

Prepare client budgets and costings

Translation of conceptual planning working drawings

Assist with concept presentations and verbal presentations as necessary

Work as part of the team to assist with sourcing and product research

Ability to manipulate rendered plans/section elevations

Experience with freehand sketches is preferred

Experience with AutoCad and Revit

Experience with Furniture, Fixtures & Accessories specifications

Maintain and update drawing files

Ensures project milestones and deadlines are met

Qualification in Interior Design 

Excellent competency in AutoCAD, PhotoShop, Google SketchUp, InDesign and Illustrator

Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities

IT literate –Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook; AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop

Numerate, able to make accurate calculations

Strong creative skills

Well-presented and personable, with excellent communication and organisational skills


Able to work on own initiative, multi-task and to juggle a changing workload

Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
