Cologne, Paris, Madrid, and Milan … our interior design and furniture teams have spent the last few months scouring Europe for new suppliers and the latest design trends. We’ve searched high and low, criss-crossing the continent’s fashion capitals, to bring our clients the best unique items to light up their homes.
First stop was Cologne, with its breath-taking gothic architecture, for January’s International Interiors Show. Our team were able to immerse themselves in the very latest trends and identify unique items for our exclusive 2017 collection. Cologne never fails to fuel the imagination.
Next stop was Paris. As the biggest furnishing and accessories show in Europe, this event always unearths a few gems. It’s packed full of top quality accessories, textiles and soft furnishings, plus it gives us the chance to connect with both new existing suppliers.
The Furniture Show and Accessories Fairs are vital when it comes to finalising our ranges in the UK. Europe is bursting with inspirational designs but there’s quality closer to home too.
Soon afterwards we were off to Spain’s top accessories exhibition and then Milan a few weeks later. It’s always fantastic to visit iconic cultural capitals, keep on top of evolving consumer trends, and absorb new concepts in interior design.
Because we pick out the most attractive furniture, lighting, accessories, artwork and mirrors, and see what the continent’s most prestigious brands are doing, these European adventures have become an important part of our calendar. They’re a big reason why our 2017 range feels as fresh and unique as ever.Back
