The website at www.micasagroup.co.uk (“the Site”) is operated by Micasa Property Services Ltd, a limited company (registered number: 5000484) with registered address at 3rd Floor North, The Forum, 74-80 Camden Street, London, NW1 OEG, England, (“we”), either in our own capacity or as agent for the rest of the Micasa Group.   The “Micasa Group” means either us or, Micasa Property Investments Limited, Micasa New Homes Limited, Micasa New Homes (Kings Langley) Limited, Micasa New Homes (Slough) Limited or any other company in their groups.

If you have any questions, comments or suggestions about the way in which Micasa uses your personal information or if any of your personal information changes, please write to “Marketing” at the above address.

The Micasa Group may also use any information which you provide to the Micasa Group in order to send you newsletters, publications and other information about the Micasa Group, its websites, its products or services, its events or anything in which you show an interest. All marketing emails contain a clear process of how to unsubscribe at any time. We will always clearly outline what we will use your information when requesting your consent and prior to gaining your approval.

 

Third Parties and Links

Only with prior consent can any member of the Micasa Group may transfer its databases containing your personal information if it sells its business or part of it. We will always fully disclose the purpose of collecting your data and how it will be used. We will not share your personal data with a third party that does not correspond with GDPR.
